Technic data about SHJ-35 water-cooling strands twin-screw extruder
1. Feeder with twin-screw measure
Motor and feeder are designed direct-coupled, it contains horizontal mixer inside the feeding hopper. AC motor, imported frequency converter is used to adjust speed.
2. SHJ-35 twin-screw extruder
a. L/D=32-68, diameter of the screw is 35.6mm, trough deep is 6mm, diameter of the barrels inside hole is 36mm .
b. The screw elements are connected to the core axle through involute spline.
c. Material of screw elements is high tool steel W6Mo5Cr4V2, hardness of the face is HRC 60-64, material of the barrels is double alloy.
d. Main motor of the twin-screw extruder is AC motor, imported frequency converter is used to adjust speed, screw speed is 60-600 rpm.
e. Copper casting heaters are used in first and second barrels and exchange net, and casting Aluminum heaters are use din others, barrels are cooled by water.
f. Use the hand moves exchange net and fast speed hydraulic exchange net system.
g. Gearbox is adopted parallel tri-axial structure, combine reduction part and distribution part into together, bearings are imported SKF product.
h. The motor of the oil pump lubrication system is AC motor.
i. The motor vacuum pump is AC motor.
3. Electric control system
a. Temperature control system with PID adjustment, dual channel (heating/cooling), temp-control meter is RKC from Japan.
b. The main drivers and the of current of the main drivers are interlocked, which realizes flows the instantaneous protection stops.
c. Hotly protects the component and break switch of the main drivers are used SIMENS Products.
